hi every one in forum
i want to tell that two new project are coming up in nehar par one is puri 's ananda villas sector 81 (near park 81) and 2nd is from bptp location is near d block not confirm because bptp is starting the cleaning land and roads of sec 85 . the ananda villas is luxury project and the location is also too good . the villas cost will around 1.5 crores for 250 sq yard (roomer), the construction of gate ( ananda vila ) is on full swing . and bptp always clean the roads and land when they have to launch a project .villas of sec 88 are almost ready the final work of some villas is on full swing , park elite floors N block are ready for possession, A block the finishing is on fast track ,almost 70% floors in L block is ready for possession ,brick work and external plaster work is finished in B block partly in J block , construction is now on full swing in E and H block . the boundary of a Cristian school near B block elite floors is done , a new project in sector 88 near srs residency is start . shree ram millennium school sector 81 construction started , airtel (i think )has started the installing the landline wires in sec 85 roads lets see when huda start work on master roads i visit sector 81, 82 ,85,84 and 88 on 26 09 11 thanks

Dear All Ozone Park Apartment owners.
I have been in touch with the management of Shiv Sai every week and today they confirmed that they are sending across posession details for all towers except Tower 8 & 9 which are not complete.
As per them they recieved the clearence from HUDA last week to start posesion.
Do confirm in case someone recieves the Letter !!
