Master Road Status near Omaxe heights

I am totally agree with sachin too, request you to please update about the road which will be dividing sec 86-87 near omaxe height as I am unable to see any thing happening there near omaxe height.

Can anybody please tell about the rumour which is going on for the bridge dividing sec-86 and diving 87.

dear friends as u know that the major part of sector 86-87 dividing road is not acquired by huda till date u can see the map of master roads [http://imageshack.us/f/542/mastersectorroadmapgrea.jpg] there is also a change in alignment due to protest of farmers and a colony on master road . 480 meter is not acquired due to protest , 480 meter is under realignment and 240 meter is not acquired due to realignment
as far as omaxe heights the construction of outer road of sector 81 is going on and work is not going on sector 86 due to a Govt building which is coming on sector road and some 480 meter is also not acquired due to protest of farmers

come and do some thing for proper master roads
we have to plan strategy for a good connectivity , first plan and then meet DC in the good numbers for fast acquire of rest master roads as many sectors has not even signs of master roads members of projects like omaxe heights, princess park , Ozone apartment , summer palms , park grandeura , pranayam , elite floors , srs residency who have taken possession will make efforts and join group for protest ,meetings and other activities all other members will also take part in various activities
main thing is the strength of forum , I therefor request to all RWA of all group housing to make aware of all residents of there group housing about GFWA and join them to forum I also request to senior members to make a way to join group for those people who don't use internet and also join those people who will get flats in ews category because they are much aware about there rights and can do any thing for there rights after all they are also getting there home in almost nil price and govt dont avoid them . members in the forum who knows any buyer or investor will also introduce forum to them . but main thing is the active member who can do some thing for forum and for greater faridabad.

Good to see your post here.

Let me clarify that there is no rumors about the Bridges.

There are 04 Bridges planned over Agra Canal, and on one Bridge work already started by Haryana Irrigation Deptt.
(Bridge at Sec 74-75 is in Progress)

Rest 03 Bridges are under Estimate approval from UP Irrigation Deptt, while Haryana Irrigation Dept already given estimates for the same.

As per information and discussion, UP irrigation dept hired CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CRRI) to complete the survey and provide the estimates. And that estimates were expected by Nov'12, but till date there is no progress on this front.
Story doesn't ends here, even after Budget approval there are many issues which are lacking from HUDA (LAO) side.
Like acquisition of land coming under these bridges to be cleared on both sides of canals and award need to be announced for the same (after Section 4 and 6), but till date there is no action from LAO on this.

Same is the story for the un-acquired land for Roads. As per High level information, State Govt. already cleared the issues penetrating of Acquisition, but Local LAO officer is not taking action on the same and Award need to be announced for the land which comes under re-alignment and other issues.

Hope this clarify your doubts.
