Illegal practice of extorting money

Hi Shilpi,

I have a flat in Xclusiv and possession is due in near future. I have also the same concern as you but builder was not able to provide the satisfactory answers to my queries. Dont really know where to go except to agree all the unreasonable demands. everything is one sided. Do you have any idea how to deal with this?

Dear kk,
You have to fight for your rights else u will loose ur hard earn money.the best way is to go to consumer forum..people generally cant muster up the courage to do it but its high time that if this kind of illegal practice prevails ,we must go legal against them.if u need any help in this regard,u can directly mail me on my mail id-shilpi400@gmail.com.
