Mr kaushik, u cud hav told very clearly that only few ~10 were interested in formung RWA, rest every one wants to just check, enquire, complain and repent

Has anyone checked the mail informing the meeting for KLJ RWA formation ? Before commenting one should first check that. On a very short notice of just one day the meeting to form the RWA is called ! Can you expect the desired strength in this manner ? CERTAINLY NOT !!

All you are aware that the Directors of Piyus Group are living behind the bar and SRS are refunding PLC with interest. Its all becouse of unity and strength of common people. Dear dont think that KLJ will not demand in illegal manner.All builders are like DOMUHA Snake. Mauka milega to katenge zroor. Bas samay ki firaq me hai. If they feel buyers are not unite and they have more discrepencies in thought , they will bite.
I urge you humbaly that Kr. Kaushik Ghosh take great initiative to make a forum against KLJ. Pls come forward and join hands with him Its not a fight of mine or yours , its a fight of ours , for ours better future, for ours hard earned money . Please COME OUT and MOVE TOGETHER. . Your physical presence count rather then mailing support.
Beware of some builders middle men who tries to manupulate, weaken our strength . These type of people are doing good advocacy in favour of builder. Think twice that builder will assure you only in oral not in written while we are bound in term of BBA. So Be unite and raise your high voice in the ear of this deaf and dumb builder and ask him to give written assuarance. It will happen when we all will move together.

Once again I request to you pls join hand , support each other and win the battle.

If people are complaining that not enough notice was given for the meeting. Let"s try and give notice to everyone for atleast 15 days so that everybody can plan their priorities accordingly.

Koushikji - let"s plan for 3rd or 10th march.

KLJ Developers (Cadillac Buildwell) has got two licenses for 51 acre. Against once license it has paid both Original EDC and EEDC. While for another license, it has paid only Original EDC in full while EEDC is paid only partial 1400 out of 2590 Lacs.

Unless he clears out all dues and get his license renewed any claim for possession is false

Please finalise the date , whether 3rd or 10th march for the RWA formation.Also i will inform 2 more stakeholders who have booked flats in KLJ Greens.Let's make it this time as KLJ RWA needs to take shape.

"One for All, All for One " is one of the motto of our fight for our rights from KLJ. Let us join hands together and make a concerted push for getting our Dream home dream come true. Let us make it 3rd March' 2013 for our meeting for RWA formation. Let the future members of KLJ RWA make their suggestions in regard to the venue.
