Omaxe Heights Progress and Status Update as of 25th Nov 2010

Dear All residents and investors .....

I had visited the Omaxe Heights site last week ...and personally went around almost 80% buildings .

My observations as follows

1. 3bhk towers - plastering,door and window wooden frames done....external whitewash done for genex and century towers.

2. 2bhk :- external & internal work in all aspect finished ...now they are clearing the debris and doing the beautification work.......

3. few 3bhk behind the mark tower is even done with the glass work but external finishing left .

4. I could only go up till 6th floor of genex tower and they have done the marble and tiles work ......

5 spoke to one contractor who is taking care of the 2bhk ...said maximum of 2 and 1/2 month company thinks of giving possession ...and for 3bhk 6-8 month from now......


So guys cheers !!!

let keep our fingers crossed.....and hope for the worse and the best thing happen............

Just bought one in OMaxe Heights Victoria tower. Hope it will be ready by end of 2011.... Visited the site many times this month and the progress is very good (and the premium as well )

I think that's a good news for all projects around that area, including RPS Any possession will trigger a price hike...and improvement in infrastructure.

Yesterday, I called to Omaxe and as per their response Omaxe Heights Sec 86, 2BHK possesion would start in Jan and end by Mar' 11.

It is good to hear a gud news after long long time.. hope they start the possession asap. Any news on delay penalty?

I visited Omaxe office, Kalkaji on 24th Dec.2010 together with my friends who also have booked flats there and met Vice President, commercial of Omaxe.
He has assured that possession will start from 15th Feb.2011 and shall be completed by 31st Mar 2011 in respect of 2 BHK flats.
However, all are requested to keep calling/visiting/writing to Omaxe to put pressure on them.

ooops.. from Jan they again delayed it to Mid Feb.. lets keep our fingers crossed.. You never know till they actually start giving the possession...

In one case, Omaxe has given in writing, to adjust the penalty in final installment.

I Guess final installment is only about 78k, how exactly do we calculate it? Is the delay calculated per day?

They mentioned some penalty amount in the agreement, but question is to understand their calculation, how actually they calculate to settle of the penalty amount and when.......

BAD NEWSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS HERE..........

I visited to the site on 1st Jan 2011...... good to hear that few towers are ready for possesion but bad news quality is very down. walls looks 15 year old and cement is scraching from the walls.

LIFT work is still going on...

Finishing in the completed towers and work progress in the remaining tower are very very poor.

ATTENSIONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN Guys and have a meeting....... ELSE we can't think to move over there before 2012 year... yes 2012 END.

Unless people collectively protest with builders and Govt., nothing is going to happen in Neharpar, that is for sure.
