Shiv Sai Vaitika Apartment Sector 63 Faridabad

Dear Sir,

I joined this forum recently, I booked a flat in Shiv sai apartment sector 63. 3-4 month back I deposited extra demand for additional EDC. I tried to get information from Shiv Sai Okhla Office what is calculation . But no body explained the calculation . As per my opinion additional demand (EDC) for Nahar Par sector 66 to 89. Not for sector 63/64/65 becuase these sectors already developed . But no body (shivsai staff ) wants to explain exact position.

Is any body who booked in same builder and have information regarding Additional EDC .

Is any body have list of flats owner in saivatika apartment sector 63?
