Please write a mail to "summerpalms.rwa@gmail.com" in order to include your name in the mailing list. Also, just FYI, we have already submitted the cheque for enhanced EDC per our calculation along with the protest letter.

Fortunately this project is delivered :) ... I got a letter from Umang on 1st Jan for possession offer, other than tower b1 & d1, completion certificate for all other towers have been obtained by the builder and they requesting for registration & clearing the dues. They also asked for permission to complete interiors and sanitary fittings in case one wanted to move.

Umang is the model builder in Greater Faridabad. All builders in Greater Faridabad should follow example set by Umang.

What is the resale price expected post delivery? Any updates or insight comments appreciated over resale... I'd assume smaller apartments will be hotcakes & in demand and 3 BHKs will also be in demand though .

If you are an investor, then go to any property dealer and they wil tell you the price.

This forum to discuss issues and information sharing among the members.

We don't not promote dealers and such trading thru "myfaridabad.in".


To Dheeraj : All builders are more or less same. Other Builders who had given the offer of possession across Gr FBD area followed the same route. First getting the OC and then start of Offer of Possession. Some of Builders like M/s Piyush Buildwell are somewhat carrying illegal and malpractice and not following the rules and policies of DGTCP.

To stop all these malpractices, DGTCP and administration need to be strong enough and should set some example by taking strong action against such corrupt builders.

Moreover, There are many issues even with M/s Umang Realtech which we are taking thru our RWA and fighting for our rights with the help and support of all our members.

Dear Sanju,

Do you have any update on enhanced EDC. Will builder return this amount? At present, I am about to pay final bill to builder.
