Registy of plots in G block, BPTP Parklands

Dear All,
We have a plot in G block. BPTP is asking for deposit of Registry amount and maintenance charges. Though they have not fixed even a no plate of our plot, at the ground.
I am not sure that BPTP will do the registry, after full payments...
Has any of you in G block, obtained registry and actual possession from BPTP ?

I have made the payment for the registry amount in jul,2013. But till date my deed has not been registered. BPTP LTd falsely promises me registry in 2 months everytime i contact them.
