Don't think it's a serious issue. happens sometimes due to illegal activity on hosting account by spammers or delay in invoice payment. You should call their customer care and notify them of the same.

On checking the status of the project, I got following reply.

i dont stay in delhi, can some one please check what is the latest status?


We are glad to inform you that the structure work, brick work,Electric & Sanitary conduting work has been completed of the above said project. The finishing work is going on. We are going to hand over the possession tentatively by the end of March 2013

I have also recd demand letter for EDC. Need to confirm the folloiwng if any one has update :

1. Is service tax applicable on External development charges.
2. Does anyone have idea whether ZION mgt has deposited the EDC amount collected earlier.

If any one of you have any update, please share.

I have received the EDC demand letter as well.

Does anybody has any news about the new dates for the completion of the project?

Dear all member from Zion promoter,
Can you tell how much EDC has been asked by Zion in sector 78/89 while booking flat and later how much increased.
Actually i have flat in zion promoter in sector-48 .we have earlier EDC 145/sq ft while on booking and additional being asked as 256 Rs/sqft. Can any one guide me why so much increase.Its frustating for increase in money and delay in project.Buyers are no where. Any buyer from sector 48,pl come forward to discuss with builder.

I booked a flat with Zion Stonecrop-II Sector 89 Faridabad many years ago (originally in 2006 i believe). The construction for same was not started until 2010.

Even though I have made most of my payments, I have no clue about the possession. On top of that, my family in India received a letter (last week of Feb 2013) from Zion stating that some additional money (Rs. 211 per sq ft) additional is needed on account of EDC.

I am wondering if you guys received a similar letter or not? Does anyone know about when will we get the possession of our flats? Any word on appreciation of this property?

If your project falls under this license then please wake up now

I am also invested in Sec-78 Stone corp of Zion Promoters. Could you please let me know in details what exactly the issue is. I am very much worried about the slow pace of progress in their project and there is no premium also. I know there is some licnence issue but do not know technically in details. Your understanding will help us to take appropriate steps.

The entire project is under those license numbers. I have a flat in stonecrop sector 78. Unable to find the latest update on the case w.r.t theses lisences. If you have an update..please provide.
