BPTP Park Elite Floor Possession

Dear Umesh Ji.

Thank you very much for your response on this and I really appreciate your efforts for a common cause. There are very few people in this world who think about others as well and makes an awareness. I am not in India these days but will certainly meet you when I will come back. Regarding the matter of OC/CC I wrote to BPTP two days before (exactly as you mentioned that how can BPTP execute the registrtion when the OC/CC is not obtained, and have got the below response :-

"This is in concern to the below mentioned mail.
We would like to inform you that we are in receipt of all the necessary approvals and requisite documents."

I don't know what to do now, we have already had so much tension in the past starting from allocation of floors, locations,then extra charges for Super Areae, STP and other un-disclosed charges, Maintenance fee, Enhanced EDC ,,, and the list goes on. Now when the day came when BPTP is asking us to get the registration done, we still have fear of loosing them later...

Please advice what should be our next step.

My status is exactly like the one mentioned by Sh Anil ji . I had also asked the same question from BPTP regarding CC/OC and as usual they gave the standard reply yesterday that they are in receipt of all the necessary approvals and documents. As we all know they have done the registry (ostensibly without CC/OC) in the L-block and a few families are staying as well. Also there is a risk of interest penalty unless we take them to court for the same. My last date for payment is tomorrow and I intend making payment under protest highlighting these issues and making them responsible for delay on account of same. May be if things like registry do not happen in time due to non availability of CC/OC, we can consider legal options then. Kindly share your thoughts. Warm Regards: Subhash Chand Sharma 9868214655

My unit is in L15 Block. I just came to know that all L Block flats are ready for possession but this L-15 is still under construction and there is no work done from last 2 years.

Is there any issue in L-15 belt ? or anything else which i m not aware.

can you help me to provide any information related to this

I am unable to identify the individual unit. However i can confirm that L Block has not been applied for approvals.

Till now I have not received any possession letter from BPTP. Can someone please let me know by when can I expect the letter and how much do we need to pay at the time of possession. I have already paid 85% amount to BPTP.

I also have elite floor in p block. BPTP has given a possession of many floors in P block but some of the flats still in same condition from last two years.

I have flat in BPTP Park Ellite Floor E block, from last one year no working is happening on this block plus surrounding blocks. Do any one have idea on this? i have checked with BPTP and they are saying possession will be given in first qtr of 2015.
Can we jointly ask/question BPTP about possession and reasons of non performing work and delay in construction.
Let share,meet and have a joint team for our rights against builder.

I have 300 SQ yard floor in E block and worried that no work is happening from many months. Do you have any updated information on this?

I fully agree with Mr. Prasad. I too have booked a floor in E block and already paid 95% of the amount. Possession not in sight. Let all the E block flat owners come together to act jointly.

I also have Park Elite floor in P block but still have not recieved any possession letter.
BPTP is saying that possession will be given in 2015 mid but there is no progress from last 6 months in p block.

Pls let me know the actions which we can take against BPTP for delay
