Piyush top management consisting of their Directors/Owners are named in FIRs for Cheating, Criminal Breach of Trust etc. Please strengthen your legal position by sending a written communication by registered post/speed post raising objections about illegal demands. That has be done within 10 days from from date of Possession letter as mentioned on page no 2 under footnote 1.

Please find attached illegal possession letter of 10+ lakhs. Instead of decreasing, amount has increased from 9.99 lakhs to 10.07 lakhs. Builder is a cheat and bent on looting. We can defeat builder unitedly as previously. We are fighting unitedly against builder with help of 6 years old Piyush Heights Residents Yahoo Group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Piyush-HR/). Group is having more than 150 buyers.Please note Membership fees is Rs 5000 which is required for meeting various expenses.

Builder is criminally determined to loot lifetime savings of flat buyers and their families. Fight injustice. It is NOW or NEVER. We had fought successfully previosly. Time to show again that loot and cheating will NOT be tolerated by tax paying law abiding midde class families.Show to the builder that law of the land exists in India. Whatever political connections he may be having, whatever false cases he may try to lodge against buyers, whatever threats he may give to us, we will NOT be stopped.
