Zee Business has started special coverage on Builders Cheating and Loot. First coverage was telecasted at 4:00 PM today and focus was on Greater Faridabad. I viewed full 5 minutes coverage and it was excellent. Many thanks to Mr. Aashish Kaul, Dr. Naveen Arichwal and Mr. Umesh Prabhakar. I also took video using my mobile but unable to upload to YouTube due to large size.

Every builders in Greater Faridabad is looting the buyers because they say the rates of property has increased double to triple, hence it is our moral duty to take Rs. 5-6 lacs extra from the buyers. They donot know that if this money we invested in other city say in any unauthorized colony perphaps it would have been 8-7 times. In case of Villa the builders never approved the building plan and raised 300 houses without any building plan and no-one from T & P Department ever raised any objection. Now they have compounded the building plan of only structure already constructed only on 31.5.2013. For making in liveable we have to spend at-least Rs.50,000/- for passing the building plan and Rs.10-15 lacs for additional structure. This has been done only to avoid penality clause of handing over of possession within 36 months of sanctioning of building plan. They have also charged Rs.4-5 lacs excess in the name of super built up area and STP and electricity transformers etc. charges.

Hi,
Recently We have received a letter for possession of the elite floor (sector 85) and had been demanded 9.4 lacs extra. When we have checked the SOA we have found so many flaws into it and wrote to them. Again we were issued a SOA and again there were many mismatches. This clearly indicates that Bptp is trying to raise funds from the buyers just like that. now things are beyond the control and we have taken an stand that we will not make any payments anymore to them and ready to take a legal action. Forum members are requested to suggest us the way out for this.

Guys today's live coverage was suppose to start at 7 PM but got started at 6.20 or so and short lived for 6-8 minutes dues Narendra Modi's press conference, however there will be separate coverage for the same sometime tomorrow.

Excellent Videos, Must Watch Them !

Builders and their associations CREDAI, NARDECO exposed on their faces. Also, Govt. exposed on lawlessless in Real Estate. As Zee Business Editor said "Ek to Chori, Upar se Seenachori", "Bada Magarmach choti Machli ko Khaa raha hai". These days Sonia Gandhi UPA is running false advertisements on TV and Radio about Real Estate Regulatory Bill, Where is it? it has been hanging fire for more than 10 years and now it has been put in Cold Storage by means by "Parliamentary Standing Committee"

Good to hear comments from Mr. Dhawan who led common area fight against DLF for Silver Oaks. As Mr. Dhawan said that all laws in this country are applicable to buyers but not a single law is applicable for builders

How smarty the builder organisations blame that "Buyers are the defaulters". We (the buyers) donn do due diligence before buying the property & donn crosss verify builder's claims.

But then, whats the builder liable for? only collecting money in the name of false charges or delivering the poor quality product (that too after looooong waits).

And what is govt's liability in this case? only collecting money in the name of license , EDC , EEDC , levies, registration , blah blah.....

Ultimately, the crux of the story is that "Jago grahak Jago". Lets be aware of our rights & spend some time to fight for that. :flag:

we should plan 2-3 mega protest at BPTP Gurgaon office & Invite media there to promote highly negativity of this fraud builder in front of govt & all customer. So this is the only time when media are taking interest to expose builders....In fact this is the election year & this builder fraud can trouble congress govt in haryana and can build pressure to builders...
