RPS Savana Construction Updates and Possession, Resale prices discussion

RPS seems to have posted an advertisement in todays TOI about possession, not able to see in e-paper.

Can anyone confirm and post if possible?

Looking at the front page ...my eyes are turning green ,

This seem to be quite in line with the full page advertisement in newspapers during launch of Savana around 7 years back... with text that "Your mornings will never be same again", To some extent they were right : Not only mornings, several days, nights, weeks, months, years were taken up by RPS.

Not sure where this Green page will now lead too

Savana has posted new photographs of its latest construction status dt.18.08.2013 on its website. But, there is no information about any additional occupation certficates.

Yesterday, I went to RPS savana for site visit and found it really good overall for T8.

1. When you enter to main gate there is sign board that this property is managed by JLL.
2. In Front of T8 there few card parking spaces available but not sufficient for entire tower.
3. When inquired about covered parking.. they said it will come up right after open parking opp Tower 8 gate in underground way. But it will take at least 8-10 months to complete.
4. Just besides T8 the kids play area was good with green grass maintained well (see image)
5. Play area is also planned in gallery way and well planned.
6. Overall design is good..
7. No information or deadline on club area..

Some one please share the latest on happenings in RPS ... possession .. readiness of T-9, T-10, T-11 etc.

Hi All,
I am going to be resident of T-7/505. RPS is going to send us the final possession letter in Feb-Mar 2014 as per my last discussion with that. According to then the demand letter will ask for following charges:

1. Charges towards ECC
2. Fire Fighting charges (FFC)
3. Electric Meter Connection charges
4. Prepaid meter card deposit charges
5. Administration charges
6. Charges towards Stamp duty & Registration approx

For me it is coming out to be approximately 6 lakhs. They have also confirmed that they will be considering the builder's penalty charges also at that time and it is going to be Rs 5/- per sq ft per month starting from Nov 2010 onwards.

As regards possession, we have started offering the same in towers consisting of 2 BHk and 2+1 BHK category units. As regard possession of 3 BHK category units, the same is expected to be offered during fourth quarter of year 2014.

wish they can do this on time... 3 bed t11 , t12 may take long time... i dont see much progress on those...

Since long heard anything on the progress of possession of Savana flats. RPS is singing the same song to complete the possession by middle of 2015. There is no news on receiving of OC of T3,T4,T6 and T7 for which they were claiming have applied. Do anybody is having any further updated news.
