Occupancy Certificate : Park Floor I & II

Dear All,

We all are having BPTP park floor flats. But BPTP is not providing occupancy certificate(OC), as BPTP does not has the same.

Without OC staying in flat will be illegal even if we are having registry papers.

In interest of all let's put pressure on BPTP to provide OC,  so that we may not have to face similar problem in future.

BPTP has not been issued any OC for the above projects, It is just fooling all buyers and collecting money and doing registries which have no meaning without OC.

You are very right. No pressure is being brought upon BPTP as we merely write blogs and email but no concrete step

I earnestly request GFWA to suggest the right steps to be taken.

Concrete steps need to be taken by buyers who accept these units and give final payments to builders. In spite of Umesh Ji repeatedly writing and submitting complaints to DGTCP regarding non occupation certificate, many buyers still went ahead and made final payments knowing the fact that BPTP did not have Occupancy Certificate. Reason was otherwise BPTP will levy the interest and they will loose on discounts. Who is to blame? Supreme Court in a way correctly said that buyers can't claim ignorance that they did not know the facts. Now, Supreme Court has asked buyers in Campa Cola Society to give an affidavit within 6 weeks that they will vacate the flats till May 31, 2014 otherwise more action will be taken (http://ibnlive.in.com/news/mumbai-sc-te ... 3-237.html)

BPTP has applied for renewal of license as soon as its License 1042-1061 in Sector 76, Fbd. expired on 24/7/13. But the irregularities that BPTP has done in sector 76 and the action that Era divine court resident have taken seems to be becoming a hindrance in the way of Renewal of License of Countrywide promoters Pvt ltd urf BPTP.

Pls see the attached response of DTCP, Haryana to the application of Renewal of license of 1042-1061 in Sector 76 Fbd.

I am sorry to say That The Park Floor residents seem to be saint like patience despite enormous exploitation, by the Builder, The series of endless blogging and the broken resolutions passed seems to continue inn future also, Actually the Builder has drained everything out of them. May GOD help them.

Dr. Naveen, it is great to see these documents. Due to hard efforts of yourself and your team, heat is on DTCP for taking strict action. It is clear from documents BPTP currently even does not have licence, let alone the Occupation Certificate

Hi All
Just heard that BPTP has managed to get OC for park Floors Sec 77 project.
Can someone please confirm if this news is genuine and the Occupancy Certificate is for the entire project and not just for few towers.
