Green Area Killed in Piyush Heights

Yesterday, we visited Piyush Heights and shocked to see that Green Area has become only 5% instead of 85%. Green Area is now so small that even it can't accommodate 5 families out of 1100 families. Whatever green area was left after Primary School, Club, Swimming Pool etc. is now being taken by Open Parking (Shockingly, yes!). Greed has become so high for Lalas that they see only money and nothing else. This is also in clear violation of Environmental Clearance obtained by Piyush Group. B

With Builders openly flouting green norms where they promise 85% green area and deliver only 5% in clear violation of environment laws to maximize profit, forced resignation of Environment Minister at behest of corporate lobby is a shocker. UPA Govt. seems to be managed by corporates with scant regard of common man

Hi Dheeraj,
Just want to seek your advise, if I am not living in the apartment, still I have to pay the maintenance charges(Rs 3 /sq ft) per year?
