Dear All SRS Royal Hills Members,
I am really shocked with this VAT charges news. We should and will def. fight with the builder but before that we should united. Just want to know have we formed/registered a RWA/AOA. If not, we should form a RWA asap.
It will be easy and more effective if a group of member fight with the builder instead of single.
Please decide the date so that we all can meet and plan further.

Senior members/GFWA core team please suggest.

Hi All,

We have also booked 3 Flats in Tower-B5 & B4, SRS Royal Hills and going to be resident. If anyone prepare a list then please keep us in the list.
We have also received the Possession Offer letter with said VAT, AMC and having same comments said by other members. So for a solution on these above matters, Let's have a meeting ourselves (all flat owners) at project site to prepare/finalize our agenda which to be kept before SRS Management. In this way we may also know our strength and all our comments can be brought in to a single page.

Also please try to bring more and more Royal Hills flat owners by informing them through any media, if possible, so that the strength will be more helpful to us.

Dear Flat owner of SRS,
I do agree with the suggestion from Mr. Deepak. Arun & Mr. Ketan. Before meeting to SRS authorities directly, we should ensure that
1. Strength of SRS Flat Owners to be maximum(minimum 100 nos.) during meeting on 22nd Mar'14.
2. Should have cristal clear agenda for meeting (in black & white).
3. First, we should meet internally at SRS Royal Hills Site -will have look on the tower for which possession already started. To verify the completion of flats being offered for same.
4. will prepare at note on all relevant points -which need to be discussed during meet.

So please confirm the Date /Time/Venue for our internal meet, prior to final meeting with SRS authorities.
Whom to be contacted within our team- for confirmation about who all of us will be attending this internal meet.

Also share the confirmation of meeting at SRS Royal hills office with date /Time.
