Congress Govt. Haryana Cabinet Minister Shri Mahendra Pratap Singh is openly in joint venture with Piyush Group for constructing Piyush Mahindra Metropolitan Mall in Faridabad. Piyush Group himself boasts of that in its website.

Is this right for Haryana Govt. Minister to do that considering that Piyush Group owners and directors are currently facing criminal trials for cheating and criminal conspiracy involving crores of rupees done with Piyush Heights flat buyers? Share your opinions.

Ministers in Congress Haryana Govt. should protect rights of home owners who have put life time savings for buying their homes and paying huge EMIs + Rent. But, instead Ministers are in joint venture with builders who exploit, loot, harass and cheat home buyers. Congress Ministers should face same fate as Sheila Dikshit and other ministers faced in Delhi. Also, inquiry and probe needs to be done.

As on date Sh Mahender Prata Singh occupies a Public office as a Minister in Govt of Haryana for the following departments:
Revenue & Disaster Management- Deals with stamp duty on land/apartments
Consolidation- Deals with Land Acquisition
Rehabilitation-Deals with compensation of outstees, allotment of alternative plots, regularisation of unauthorised construction etc
Food & Supplies
Technical Education

Rational given by congress about innocence of Mr Vadra, in his DLF partnership was that Mr Vadra is a "Private Person".
In the current case, Sh Mahender Pratap Singh occupying a "Public Office" and having a "conflict of interest" due to his "Private business" whose policies are Directly affected by his "Public Office"??

“Public /Govt. servant” and drawing Salary from the “Public Coffers” CANNOT hold any “office of profit”, which in turn means that he cannot conduct any Business or join any other private job, till he remains a Public servant or a Govt. Servant.

This question of law and public conduct of elected representative MP Singh should be asked from Chief Secy and CM Govt. of Haryana and why a PIL not be filed in the PHC asking for his termination as a minister, due to his Office of Profit with corrupt builder??
