BPTP denied to give possession of plot in X-9 block

Dear Forum Menbers,

Is there anyone who has a plot in BPTP Parklands sector 76 in X block? I have a plot there and BPTP has denied me to give possession of the same saying there is no plot available there. Even though I have paid 95% of the plot value, they are making excuses to give possession.

What course of action I can take? I have all the receipts of payments and contract agreement. Please advice.

Did you manage to sort out the issue with BPTP? Did you get the replacement of your plot?
