Dear All,

Quick update on ONH:

Omaxe is selling remaining 12th floor flats at 3500 /psft. I have the costing sheet and will upload it soon. The BSP for 1350 sqft flat is 47,58,000 + EDC (375) + Parking. The construction speed is very good. Structure is complete, internal / ext plaster has reached 7 floor and tile work has started for the lower floor. The possession is 1 year from now.

Heard that omaxe has offered possession for 850 sqft tower of new heights. Has anyone recieved the final possession letter?

Yes, hearing same thing but no updates on actual status, but I guess it would be round the corner for 2 BHK tower.
When Contacted CC last month they said from May onwarrds they will offer possession.

Omaxe has offered possession for Triumph tower of ONH. This is confirmed by Senior person at Omaxe.
