ERA Divine Court construction status and updates, possession, resale prices discussion

This is the status of the PIL & Contempt of Court petition filed by FAOA Gf in Punjab & Haryana High Court.The Court had ordered a Notice to be served to DGTCP,Haryana to be answered till 18th Jan 2014 but The DGTCP did not answer for obvious reasons. Hence a Contempt Petition was Filled against DGTCP ,The Court has given DGTCP time till September 2014 , when Court will give its Decision on Contempt of Court Petition.

I have a 2 bhk unit in Era Divine court sector 76. already paid 90%. Plz suggest should I retain it or sell it
Getting calls on daily basis for selling it on much lower rate.

Also Era is charging interest on balance 5% as I bought it under subvention plan
Really messed up

Please help someone

also I will be very happy if someone invite me to meeting happening for this project

Can you please update us with any info on License Transfer from Country Wide to ERA's name, status of Possession for units for which Fit Out amount is already collected by ERA, any hope whether we will see legal possession in near future for floors? Thanks in advance.

Another illegal demand received from era for maintenance charge for low rise floors 250 sq yrd.
They have not even sent offer of possession letter and asking for maintenance charge...

Dear Friends,
Last friday I have received a demand letter from ERA Divine Court - Low rise of Rs. 154986/- regarding Advance maintenance fee for one year and other things like that - main thing is I am asked to pay Maintenance fee even there is no possession of UNIT.
In this letter there is no talk about - Possession Date - don't know from which date they want to start charging Maintenance fee - No talk about penalty to be paid from ERA...no talk about clearance cretificate from Govt. agencies reagrding possession of units to end user -

Yes I am talking about 250 sqyd floor..I am having the same and already paid 100% payment (including fit out demand)

Has builder given any word for possession date? I don't think they have got the license renewed as yet. How are they going to offer possession?

Are you going to pay the maintenance charges to the builder?

ERA is still continuing with its illegal practice of exploiting customers despite so many protests. is there any plan for meeting in the near future so as to discuss next steps?

Now there is no point paying them (Era) a single penny unless they give physical possession of the floors. Let them charge interest whtever they can..
