Yes , it is true . Even I noticed it and it was shocking to find a very poor quality of plaster . In fact the % of Cement is low and post watering is not adequate at all. The cormers break like a biscuit with hand only and it falls like sand if you rub your hand on it .

This is an act of negligence by supervisors of RPS and the contracters are at fault. we must write individual suggestion letters to RpS and only regular complaints can force them to act on it .

Pls post letters on your visits to their office.

I think Savana might face similar issues what Green Valley (Omaxe-Rps project) currently has. I read on forum that Green valley has similar poor quality construction issues.

Hello Everybody,

Two days back I sent a mail to RPS reg poor construction quality........ and following is the reply from Mr. Jain of RPS..which I would like to share with you all.

-----------------------------
Dear Sir,

Warm Greetings from RPS Group.

We are in receipt of your mail dated 11/08/2009 in response of which we have to state that entire construction work is going on under the supervision of experienced P.M.C., Architect and Civil Engineers as per laid down norms of N.B.C. without which neither can we construct the building nor shall we get the required approvals. From our side we can only assure you that we are putting the best quality of material under best supervision as per our commitment. Kinldy note that at this stage it is premature for you to comment any thing upon the quality of construction.

Please feel free to contact us at 011-40543200 for further details.

Thanks

Rajesh Jain
RPS Group
