As per Mentinence Agreement, the power Back charges will be (Current Deisel Price / 3) per Unit.

Dear All,
i purchased the flat (Tower B6) in month of March 2014 & Got the possession Letter on 26th April, 2014
at the time of possession, SRS charged the maintenance Charges for 1 Year in advance.
i Got all the documents, Parking & possession Smoothly.

please confirm the following, if anyone knows: -

1- when can we complete the registry formalities???
2- what is the circle rate for registry??
3- Kya abhi vahan par families shift hona shuru ho gaya hai ya nhi???

Does anyone got formal possession (include Key handover) till now in B3, B4 or B5? Also any visibility on when SRS is going to start registry and are they taking registry charges now or at the time of registry? Also is anyone planning to shift in project in near future?

Came to know that SRS has not yet given possession of 2BHK, it is nearing possession, If it is so can go for such option as well.

Finally decided to grt out of SRS projects. Management is too greedy. They charged hafty amount and not talking to repay of late delivery. No support from RWS. My suggestion to real users is to make RWA immidiately of Royal Hills. In India union only works. I am switching to new OMEXE sector - 79 Project. Any one has idea about the omexe, pl share.

Pl. do not choose vendor for interior work (wood work and grills) based on recommendation of people in SRS site office in a hurry. I had given work to one vendor suggested by them and gave advance. He delayed the work upt 4 months.. (initially had promised 2 months). Later I came to know that he does the same with people in pearl floor also. He keeps delaying work to keep the flat as a show piece for trapping new customers. He lied to me sso many times regarding delay and keeps on giving petty excuses.

Choose your interior vendor carefully...
