The work is very slow and i would like to know from you when did you receive the last demand letter.

Dear Navinji , many thnaks for the update. I did the mistake of opting for the subvention plan and hence i have paid full thru the bank... I am really scared that i will start paying emi much before others for the full amount..

So finally a letter is received from Adel (Era) Landmarks which says to opt for one from the following for ERA Divine Court High Rise (Sector 76).
1. Take your full money back, which I suppose is without interest.
2. Switch to other scheme at present rate.
3. Pay interest to DHFL only for a year.

Just dont know what to do which this.

I received a letter from ERA(ADEL) Landmarks today saying the project is cancelled.

Can we do anything on this. They have really hurt my financial situation as now I dont have the money to buy the land on new rates which have been appreciated too much in two years.

Any views will be helpful.

It has to be High Rise - Era Divine Court Sector 76 for sure. It has to be confirmed.

Which project you are talking about.....? Kindly let me know as i have also booked a unit in LOW FLORS ERA DIVINE COURT SEC 76 Faridabad. And hearing your statement m realy tensed.

Sorry, I thought this is only for High Rise and yes its for High Rise - Era Divine Court Sector 76.

But this proves that this company is a total fraud and can do anything.

What more to say but this developer must be avoided.

I also have flat in Tower C1 of Era Divine Court (High Rise).

Can someone elaborate what Era (Adel) have offered.

It would be great if someone share the letter recieved from Era.

I have not recieved any letter.

Hi Rohit,

I have already said the options they have given and if you are looking for any compensation so I am sorry to say you will get disheartened.

Wait you will receive a letter its dated 27th July, 2014.

No interest no compensation no land. So people who invested in this scheme have been the most affected.

I will kick them to consumer court.
