Status of Possession

I have received below mentioned reply mail from RPS office.

There are ample reason not to belief their assurance, observing the present construction status, pace of progress and their past record, . External painting is not started yet and they have not raised demand for the payment of installment payable after completion of flooring. Therefore it is looked to be impossible to ask for completion with in next 2-3 months. I will be grateful if anybody can share his views on possession, sequence and required time frame on flooring, other internal finishing work, external painting etc.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to your e-mail dated 05/06/2014.

Before replying the same we would like to intimate that we conceive each of our project with predetermined completion schedule and time line required for necessary development and completion of various activities but since whole process not limited to from getting numerous approvals, sanctions etc. from govt. authorities and development of project is full of uncertainties, time period required to complete the process get extended. Because of this very fact, necessary declaration is given in our agreement papers that the possession of units is subject to force majure circumstances and subject to circumstances beyond our control.

As regard construction activities and development work at site, the same is in progress.

As regard possession, the same is already been started in towers consisting of 2 BHK and 2+1 BHK category units. Possession of units in tower Blue Beech-01 will be offered after receipt of requisite occupation certificate from competent authorities which we plan to apply during July- September 2014.

We understand your matter of concern and are in no doubts about your expectations. In fact, we are doing our best possible efforts to complete the construction and offer possession as expeditiously as possible. Kindly extend your co-operation in successful execution of project.

Should you require further details, you may visit our office as per your convenience from Monday till Friday between working hours ( 10.30 AM to 5.30 PM.)

Congratulation to all RPS Savana family members. The Occupation Certificate for towers T-3,T-4, T-6 and T-7 in project RPS Savana has been received by RPS ( as per updated on web site) .

RPS savana just update on his web page, they already get the OC against below mention tower,

Congratulation to all RPS Savana family members. You will be pleased to know that Occupation Certificate for towers T-3,T-4, T-6 and T-7 in project RPS Savana has been received. . Intimation for “offer of possession” to respective customers follow shortly.

Has anyone from T3, T4, T6 & T7 receive 'offer for possession'.
Last year RPS announced with great pomp and show OC received. After one year they are yet to handover all the flats in T5 & T8.
Any guess how long will it take to handover twice the number of flats inthese 4 towers???

I am interested in buying a 2 bhk +1 apartment in RPS Savana or a 2 bhk....can anyone please advise me abt the price or anyone interested in selling? Also, please tell me the names of towers in which possession has been given... What are the maintenance charges here?

I am not sure of others, but for T3 and T6 RPS has sent offer of possession for almost all flats. I also received offer of possession for my flat in T6 more than two weeks back.

2+1 Semi-luxury unit in Savana

Anyone from T8 tower has received possession of a semi-luxury(for which RPS charged 300psf) unit?
Is it worth? How is the quality of the material used? And what exactly is provided in this option?
