1. Please provide copy of applications submitted by developer along with supporting documents attached by colonizer ( if any ) for getting Occupation Certificate.
2. Copy of Occupation Certificate(s) given by department to colonizer if any.
3. Copy of replies if any given to colonizer by department with respect to colonizer’s applications for occupation certificate
4. Reasons for not issuing occupation certificate(s) to colonizer if any.

Please provide the all requested information as above. If any information is available on the department website, kindly mention the link in the answers.
I state that the information sought does not fall within the restrictions contained in section 8 of the Act and to the best of my knowledge it pertains to your office.
If any of the information sought above does not pertain to you, kindly forward it, under intimation to me, to the respective department under section 6(3) of RTI Act 2005 within 5 days of receipt of application.

The address is correct. It is Sector 18.

RTI's are received and responded when sent to the Sector 18 address.

Even I had sent RTI to Sector 18 address in Sep'13 and reply was received.

Hi Jayanta, these documents/RTIs are 1 year old when office used to be at Sector 18. All my recent RTIs are addressed to Sector17c office and I have got responses for them. I am quoting address from Town and Country Planning website, what can be more correct than that?

All, please note that previous office at Sector 18 is under renovation and will not be back for at least for couple of years. So, please send your RTIs to current office which is located at SCO 71-75, Sec.17C, Chandigarh-160017
