Hi Jatin,

Below is the link from where you can find this information.

I checked with RPS as well, they are also agree with that but they are saying that till now they have not received the letter. This decision was made on 13th august, may be it will take some time in sending the letters to builders.

I think we should pay according to 1% rather than 4%. We have valid point for the same.

Hi,

Is anybody received the offer of possession. I have few doubts.

Why builder is charging Rs 50,000 for prepaid meters. Are we not going to pay to electricity board. I personally feel this amount is on higher side. It should be upto me how big prepaid I need, like in mobile.

Why builder is asking for the holding charging from the date of issue of offer of possession, atleast he should wait for couple of months because everybody knows it will take 2-3 months for the registration

Is anybody aware about the stamp duty charge rate in case of resale,

Will there be no sub-meter? If not, then wont the bill amount always be on higher side? I've read somewhere that people opposed for prepaid charges and RPS tried to negotiate with them to pay some what less amount if not 50k.
