BPTP Park Elite Floors - Block B Possession

Hello,

Reaching out to the people, waiting for Block B independent floors possession. I recently contacted BPTP and they replied saying that possessions will be given mid-2015. My questions here to everyone-

- is everyone getting the same proposed timeline(mid-2015) from BPTP?

- is there any effort going on from our side to speed up the process or we are just waiting for BPTP to deliver whenever they want? Do we have any group who meets with BPTP and track the progress?

- if not, we should make a group and try to accomplish this in more efficient manner. Like making a group and asking for milestones dates from BPTP. If they are saying, mid-2015 then they should have some kind of plan by now. I am pretty sure that they don't have and in no mood to finish it but that what we need to do so they get the message.

- has anyone talked to BPTP about the delay and its related penalty per contract, which i believe should be lot of money by now or mid-2015.

Everyone - lets put some effort here to get our HOME. I know, its not our fault but trust me, nobody is out there to help you either.

I am also getting same reply for my elite floor in P block.
Last year in February I have sent a mail for expected date of possession and they told me for Q4 2014 but even today the floor is in same position.

There is no construction work is going on from last two years and all floors are in same position.
Last month BPTP has replied that they will give possession by mid 2015 but I do not think that they have any plan to give possession in near future as there is no activity on site.

We should form a group and pressurise builder to offer the possession.

Even I am getting the same answers ... I have a unit in Block H. In fact they are telling me that the possession will be given in the year 2016 1st Quarter.

I agree, we should form a group & pressurize builder to offer the possession.

Hi

Things are not turning on in our favour and BPTP is taking undue advantage of our inertness, let's form a group and file a legal petition against the builder.

I do not think BPTP is ever going to handover flat to us as we have already paid 90% of total amount and EDC+EEDC..

BPTP is trying to fraud by all means. Please INDIVIDUALLY File complaint
Sending mail to BPTP is Required, but it will not move the case please ALSO DO

1. GOVT consumer court case
2. File RTI To get all kind of Information from Govt department against BPTP and POST on Blogs/Consumer forums
3. Write to Govt Bodies

Govt will be force to take action, but there HAS TO BE Flood of complaints to legally capable authorities.

Did you all get a msg from BPTP about giving delivery schedule by Nov? I just got an e-mail.. I think it will be better to wait for some more time. We have already been waiting for so many years, one more month is fine.

Hello.

I had booked my unit in Park Elite floors in May 2009. Could not got allotment in I phase and I was allotted unit in PE block sector 77, last installment was demanded in April 2013. Visited site several times no construction since last 2 years. It seems they do not have any time frame for completion and do not have any fear of law, they just extorting hard earned money. Recently I have received below mail from BPTP regarding resume of work and completion of work:

"Dear Mr. Kumar

Greetings from BPTP!!

This is in reference to your emails dated 2nd September 2014, we
completely understand your concerns as you have been patiently waiting
since long for possession of your unit.

We further wish to assure you that we are working towards expediting
the completion of the construction and would request you to kindly
allow us some time on the same.

For your concern related to the possession of your unit, wo would like
to update you that we are continuously working towards expedition of
the process of construction.

Please understand that to offer the possession to our customers is as
important to us as to our valued customers.

We would request you to kindly consider that the construction for the
whole project cannot commence simultaneously. It is always done in
phases for the optimum utilization of resources. We acknowledge the
inordinate delay to achieve the next milestone as per your payment
plan, however please understand that Park elite floor is one of the
biggest residential colonies being ever developed by a private
developer in Faridabad in the Naharpar area and we are in the process
of delivering the physical possession of flats and floors, in a phased
manner all across the Parklands, Faridabad. We would also like to
inform you that registries are being processed as aligned by the
development plan by competent authorities.

Further, please be updated that the construction at the site is not
being carried on at this stage however the same is expected to be
resumed by October 2014. We shall keep you posted through official
communication when the next construction milestone is achieved and
demand for the same is raised towards your unit. We regret our
inability to share the exact timeframe for the next demand being
raised. However, the possession is expected by 2016.

The demand till “on casting of 2nd floor slab” has been raised and the
next demand as per your payment plan would be for “on completion of
brickwork” and subsequently the possession would be offered post
completion of all the demands as per the payment plan.

Please be assured that in regards to possession of your unit, we shall
abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Flat Buyer's
Agreement of your unit.

We appreciate that you have been very patient and understanding
throughout your association with us and would request your
co-operation for some more time as only your co-operation and support
on the subject can help us serve you better.

Dear Mr.Kumar,

I have a flat in E Block at Elite. The building brick work is ready , instalments fully taken, but no further construction since last over 2 years. They keep on writing back assuring mails but no ground work !
In my opinion , all known owners should co-join and file case in consumer court, else we all would be taken for a big ride by BPTP !

Case in consumer court should be filed individually against BPTP. Yes builder had big nexsus with congress..might be now we had hope.

Friends i hope everyone has got the same email giving date of possession by mid 2016. Such a vague terms used in email no credible reply for reasons of delay in possession.

BPTP is in no mood to complete the project reason better known to them only.

If anyone has filed case against BPTP. please share i also want to file a case.

I have a flat in B block (BPTP park elite II). Sale deed executed last month (Dec'14) and BPTP has given fit out certificate as well. Now, they have asked me to collect sale deed copy and possession letter.

I wanted to check whether any body else have got the same.

Dear Mr. Hasan,

Though they asked me to collect possession letter but when i visited their office they have given copy of sale deed only. Regarding, possession they told it will taken another month's time. Let's hope for the best.
