VAT Demand by Omaxe

Dear All,
Omaxe has demanded VAT from some of the residents of Omaxe Heights which is not clear. ( I have attached the demand letter). Omaxe is not allowing registry till the amount is paid to Omaxe.

Is someone having clarity on this ?

this shows ow quick these builders are in demanding money from buyers letter itself says that they are not clear about the amount and calculation but need money. can some one suggest if this is going to applicable for other projects or Omaxe like new hieghts or spa village etc

Did you calculate by what rate they calculated the VAT amount? Is it 4 or 1?
