Hi All,

I am Saurabh Singh and have a flat in Ferrous Beverly Home T1-09/SF. I am too being ditched by ferrous. They promised possession of flat by JAN 2013 and after taking 95% of money, work at ferrous site is stopped and now builder is saying will give possession this diwali. But when i visited the site, i don't think we"ll get possession this diwali.

Lets do something for getting possession from builder.

Sir, had ferrous people gave you in writing that the possession of Ferrous Beverly Homes will be given in Jan 2015 or it is once again a verbal confirmation, as I know their verbal confirmation is all rubbish and a lie.

I don't believe in this builder anymore and would like to sue him in court, if we make a group of 6-7 people.

Dear friends,
We have organized protest March Against Builder (Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.) on 23-08-2015. We started Protest March from Beverly Home, Phase - 2, Sector - 89 to Court campus Sector -12 Faridabad, After March we Hand over Memorandum to SDM Faridabad and at MP office sector -28 Faridabad.
Due to delay in possession and no response from Builder.
Approx. 140 members join this protest March.
This March covered by media person ( i.e Hindustan, Nav-Bharat times, Dainik Bhaskar, Dainik Jagran & India News Haryana etc.)
Hope to get some good response from builder.
