Hi All

I have seen this forum today only when everybody has left 2 years ago, but i still want to join this group and invite all of you to come back and post here as this is the only way we all can unite and Unity is strength.

My name is Taruna and the latest update is that i along with my husband went to ORS people 2 months back and when we asked him that we want to quit, what he is offering us is the amount calculated on the rate on which we had purchased and that too after subtracting commission and processing fee wherein the interest we had paid to LIC goes out into the black hole . Also he has sent a letter asking for the interest on the amount we have not paid from the date when we asked LIC to stop the payment to ORS as there was no progress in the construction.

I don't know what to do. Can we again start this forum/thread and unite . I am sure there others also like us who want to get their flats either or moneyback at a good rate.

I have visited ORS site on 26/09, there are no progress in work , no labors at site, there web site also closed.
I think its time to unite and Unity is strength and think about some legal options.

I too, pissed off with the progress, God knows when we can get this. But lets unite and make one strong letter to builder and copy to HUDA, Please ask your more people to join this forum.

I visited to the site last month and there is no progress at all. No working labour. Just one person was seen. I had taken pics but right now those are not with me. Heights of patience.........we have given our hard earned money and we are not having any hope when we will get the flat. Lets unite and take some legal action.

Only new update that license infomation showing renewed till 22/01/2016 but LIC still not cleared/approved loan .

Hi Guys,

I have invested in ORS INfrastructure, sector 89, GF in June 2008 and paid around Rs.17.70 Lacs to ORS.
But still waiting for the possession.
May I request if anyone from the said group also invested- pl join me to file a case against the builder.
