Supreme Court orders Govt. to reveal all Black Money holders name tommorow

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday has directed the Centre to reveal the names of all the Indians who hold foreign bank accounts by Wednesday.

Rapping the government for seeking modification of its order on black money on disclosing the names of Indians who hold accounts in foreign banks, the apex court refused to change its earlier order to exempt the government from not disclosing the names where criminality is not found.

It was right on governments part to ask for confidentiality till criminality is proven, as can be heard from many expert making this information public would have grave future impacts where no foreign bank will share such info again with india

If you are a strong nation with democratic values other nations will give due consideration to your views.
China is strong, it did NOT join UN untill UN respected its one China principle. I have greate respect for China's sense of national pride though I do NOT approve of communism.
I have great respect for Castro's Cuba, Libya and Iraq for their sense of national respect though I do NOT approve of communism and religious intolerance.
Unfortunately India is NOT a real democracy - democracy is more than just election; international relations are NOT based on any principles. Most international treaties are still dictated by Western colonial powers.

The Supreme court has Taken over from the Government, But still the Government has to aquire the details of other Black money holders from abroad also they have to create laws which prevent the generation and circulation of Black money like PE Notes.

The List which the UPA government aquired was in 2009, and since than no other information has been forthcoming .The UPA government has done treateis with foriegn country goverments that retrospective details of illegal money accounts will be forgotten and only prospective details will be shared That means the whole wealth of a poor nation will be lost.

Just like Real estate regulatory bill is being held because of pressure from Builder lobby the Names of Black money Holders is being held by the mafia of Corporates who are regular donors to all political parties.

The real black money is within India and the politicians have created such atmosphere that dont look within but look outside.
