The time has come for all the low rise buyers to unite and demand early possession of their flat. The builder has been making all of us to wait for our flats for no fault of ours.

We should unite and make pressure on the builder . it has been a long wait now.

We should try and bring more like minded individuals together and unite to build pressure on the builder.
But there is a condition that must be conveyed clearly to all. This should not be done with any hidden motive or other objectives as we have witnessed earlier. No leader, No RWA. Our sole objective should be to ensure early possession to all low rise buyers. We must unite with honest intentions and positive frame of mind. No black sheeps please. The experience of Era buyers with the RWA has not been to their liking

I think I was not clear in my earlier Post. I clearly mentioned that there need not be an association or any Leader. Similarly,I am not a leader, neither I aspire to be. I mean to say we all low rise buyers are suffering from callous attitude of the builder. We all are equal stakeholders in our fight. So we need to involve all the buyers.
To be more clear

We have already formed a whats app group of low rise buyers. There are nearly 100 buyers connected in the group who are in regular touch. Recently we had a meeting at the Era site to plan the way forward. Where it was decided that we will move in a planned manner and step-wise mode to ensure early possession of our flats. We request all the low rise buyers to join the group to strengthen our case. The group is open for all low rise buyers. But we need to be careful that no person with hidden motive is suggested or included who can harm our cause. We do careful screening of all to ensure that no unwanted person or black sheep is added in the group.
