Piyush Group has received OC of 4 more towers and they are back with extra illegal demands of 7 lakhs. In that context, please see NCDRC order which says builder can't demand more than what was agreed in contract. Piyush heights Apartment Allottee Society (PHAAS) is fighting multiple cases at State and National Consumer Commission. If you want to join the common cause, please join the efforts.
