Dear RPS Allottees

We recently had a meeting with RPS MD (Mr S P Gupta) with no fruitful outcome.
We have decided to file a legal case against RPS for increase in EDC for which we will be calling a meeting on Sunday
3 Sep 2011, we will be requiring support from All Allottees, so will urge everyone to come forward.

Thanks a lot for such initiative that you met MD (RPS).
However not good to hear that it was not fruitful.

I would also like to be a part of this fight However I request you to please tell us the exactly what went wrong in the meeting.

After visiting the RPS site it is still very disappointing to share that possession of 3 +1 will be after 2 year.As per my agreement possession is due by Nov 2010.

I am planning for legal action against the RPS. Interested member may please opine & contact @ neeraj_pgcilnov@yahoo.co.in

is there nothing that can be done for such delays except for serving a legal notice, am only wondering legal process in itself may defeat the date of possession for us, knowing how legal cases get handled

Great work. Your perseverance will definitely payoff. We are also involved in a group consumer case in the National Consumer forum against RPS, though progress is slow, we are hoping to get justice.

hello everybody..pls help me regarding filing the legal case against RPS Group Faridabad. I have given them Rs 18 lakhs in 2006 for RPS Savana. till today i havnt given any possession and they are charging me interest arount 40 lakhs. Kindly suggest me something.

Thanks for sharing the link.. I think this would have been possible only after launching a united front against the builder. In our case also, we need to unite and lodge a comprehensive FIR against the builder (involving the EOW), as well as lodge a case in consumer court without wasting any further time. By uniting we will economise on the advocate charges and as well as have a speedy and effective redressal. I am very positive after the UNITECH judgement by NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION.
