BPTP Princess Park Registration of Tower L and K flats

Hi,

I need to know when will be the registration of Tower L and K flats are going to take place. Possession has been offered in November 2013 and all payments are done.

BPTP does not have the Occupancy Certificate for several towers including the one's in your query. Nevertheless, BPTP has allowed residents to occupy the units in towers without the OC. (unlawful and BPTP has had owners sign an undertaking to protect their liability for doing so).

File a RTI to get information on when the Occupancy Certifiate was filed by BPTP and its status. BPTP will not give you an accurate answer since their actions are fraudulent - they have misled customers to get full payment knowing that they will not be completing the towers/units in the 30 days they said they would from the date of offer of possession.

Date of offer of possession is not the same as date of physical possession (BPTP will try to force agreement to the contrary). Therefore, if you have paid the maintenance service charges, they should not be effective until you are given physical possession and the unit can be occupied.

When you get physical possession and registration done is a guess at best - BPTP has stopped paying its contractors and rightfully so the contractors have stopped work. Hence, how can you expect to get the towers completed?

File a complaint/court case against BPTP like several others have done. Unless you do that, your only option is to wait endlessly and keep dancing to BPTP's garbled rubbish.

Several media stories have reported the wrongdoing by BPTP. Get them to do more until BPTP abides by law and their directors go behind bars.

BPTP is not likely to get the OC for the 4 towers as yet.
Since in the society there is no electricity from Govt., no sewerage etc
Better ask for money refund from bptp on your registry amount.Today govt
has asked them to reimburse back the registry amount alongwith interest or else
do registry within 20 days.

Friends, similar problem with the OC of Park Floors II. Can any one give any information regarding the status of the OC of Park Floors II ?

The issue, Umesh, is that BPTP has demanded the fees and registry charges and refuses to Register flats or drags the process on for more than a year in many cases without Registering units (If they do Register, they are doing it without having the OC issued and approved for the respective Towers). Of course, if Registry has been executed, the question of a refund should not arise.
