RPS Group starts possession of SAVANA with illegal demands

3. IF YOU PEOPLE WISH ,WE CAN FORM A GROUP TO FIGHT AGAINST THE ATROCITIES OF THE BUILDER TO THE CONSUMERS, CASE WILL DEFINITELY GO IN OUR FAVOR, LIKE IN DLF AND PIYUSH CASE.

that Interest free Maintenance security (IFMS) will remain with builder or with Maintenance agency forever and would not be adjusted with upcoming bills but this amount (Rs 50000) is suppose to get adjusted with coming months Maintenance and electricity bills. this was what they told.

Also i spoke to Sunil Sharma in RPS who was behaving rudely on matter of delay possession penalty. we have no option other than filing a case against them.

Mr Vishal, would call you sometime tomorrow (hope sunday would be convenient) to discuss it further.

Heard from someone that flat-owners who have paid their dues in time have been given delay penalty by RPS. Did any one on this group has received delay penalty?
Will appreciate if owners can let us know or postmark their remarks.

I paid all my installment before time and moreover i purchased my flat directly from RPS but still i have not paid a single penny for the delay penalty from RPS.

Is anybody received any letter from RPS that,they will not get the delay penalty because of late payment of their any installment ?

The demands seems illogical, exorbitant and illegal(?)

What happened to the members who have already taken possession in previous years?

10 pers have contacted till now,,,i will come back to people who have mailed me or contacted me after seven days after speaking to lawyer,not to worry together we have strength.we are the owners we should not be treated like beggers.

hello friends,

I am owner of flat no 503/t7. posession offered in jan 15.i met mr rajesh jain and he agreed that penalty was due and offered rs 70 thousand. we left the matter open for discussion but in next meeting he reneged and threatened to levy heavy penalties on me. he also showed scant respect for courts. I have already served them one legal notice and intend to approach consumer forum.

regarding this I request u all to come forward and provide guidance about the process and also problem areas to watch out for.

National Consumer helpline have online service, if someone approaches them (registers themselves), a counsellor is assigned who will guide on next step to be taken.

I have registered and first step told to me is to get no construction penalty will be given to customer in written. Have asked RPS to give status of construction delay penalty over e-mail....but it seems they are not writting anything back.

I have flat in B 10 tower and received possession demand letter to pay 16 lakh for possession. I booked flat when structure was completed but now builder is demanding to pay me for 71 sqft increased area. Is this same demand from other members?
