RPS Savana Construction Updates and Possession, Resale prices discussion

Dear Members, any update on PH4, I would appreciate if somebody can post the PH4 pics, I can not recognize on rps website.

As per the amended VAT rules of Haryana Govt. dated 12 th Aug-14 available thru the link "http://www.haryanatax.com/VAT/VAT_Rules_Notifications.htm" VAT for developer is applicable @ 1 percent of value of the property. However it is understood that RPS is demanding VAT @ 5%. Can somebody suggest on this issue.

I received the offer of possession for my unit in T7.
One question, as per the calculations RPS has taken the collector rate @4000psf but I read somewhere that this has been revised. Can anyone confirm what are the new rates for sector-88?

Has anyone recently paid the possession related amount to RPS?

Does anybody know the status of T2 blue beech. I had booked in Jan 2006 and yet to get the possession. Nirmala Gupta

I had visited site on 22.02.15. On the issue of possession of Tower 1 they had assured to get OC latest by 1st week of March, 15.
I have visited again on 15.03.15 and called office over phone, answer is “ we are expecting OC any time”.
Till date not received any information on receiving of OC or any reply of RTI filed on 27.02.15 asking for the current status of OC.
This is the status of Possession of Tower T1 as on date.
Kindly share if anyone is having more updates.

I have been following up with them since Sep 2014 when they said they applied for OC. That time they assured that by end of Jan 2015 possession will be offered, then they changed it to by 31st March...and till date they have a standard answer "we are expecting the OC, may be this week or even tomorrow!!"" these guys are just taking us for a ride....can we make a sub-group of T1 tower - RPS Savana

RPS Group have received the Occupation Certificate for eight towers comprising of T-1, T-2, T-9, T-10, B-10, B-11, B-12 and B-12A housing, conformed by mail and also say that we are expecting the “Occupation Certificate” for your tower shortly. My tower is B-9

RPS say on mail as "RPS Group is pleased to announce the receipt of “Occupation Certificate” for its subsequent eight towers in RPS Savana “One of the single-largest-tallest-gated group housing society of Faridabad”. These towers comprise of T-1, T-2, T-9, T-10, B-10, B-11, B-12 and B-12A housing approximately 700 units. We will be sending ‘Offer of Possession’ to the respective unit holders very shortly."

See some lights at the end of the tunnel, but the real battle will begin now with unnecessary charges.

Finally the occupation certificate for many towers in RPS Savana has been received as per RPS website!! These are T1 , T2 , T9 , T10 , B10 , B11 , B12 , B12A.

While this is big relief for most of us however it is time to discuss/debate on how we would counter all the extra charges which would appear on the offer of possession.. We would need to finalize what our response is going to be and take the fight with the RPS management..
