Mass Movement Against Piyush Group for Extortion and Cancellation Letters

Owners of Piyush Group (Anil Goel, Amit Goel and Puneet Goel), Seasoned Cheaters and Fraudsters, are extorting money from middle class honest flat buyers to tune of more than 15 lakhs for project Piyush Heights. They have literally put gun on flat buyers head and asking to pay extortion money else flat will be killed (cancelled).

Against this open extortion, victimized flat buyers launched Mass Movement against builder. CM Office has authorized Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad to listen to flat buyers grievances and find solution after mutual discussion. So, around 50 buyers protested and shouted slogans in front of DC, DTP, SDM and CP office and submitted memorandum. SDM has assured flat buyers that there will be no cancellation and summoned builder to appear on 27th July at 10:00 AM.

We will keep on exerting pressure to get cancellation withdrawn in writing.

Acting on Mass Movement, DTP Faridabad has put cancellation letters issued by builder on HOLD. Also, he issued stern notice to builder asking why demand payable at time of possession was inflated from around 2 lakhs to 10 lakhs. Also, he has asked builder to explain why cancellation letters were sent when buyers have already paid around 95% of flats total cost. Also, he exerted his authority of being Secretary of "Allottees Grievance Redressal Forum" chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad.

निवेशकों के प्रदर्शन के 24 घंटे बाद ही डीटीपी ने पीयूष ग्रुप को भेजा नोटिस

फरीदाबाद। नहर पार पीयूष हाइट्स के निवेशकों द्वारा पीयूष बिल्डर्स ग्रुप के खिलाफ मंगलवार को किए गए प्रदर्शन के बाद प्रशासन 24 घंटे में ही हरकत में आ गया। डीटीपी अमरीक सिंह ने बुधवार को बिल्डर्स को नोटिस जारी कर 3 अगस्त तक जवाब मांगा है। इतना ही नहीं इस मामले में कोई निर्णय होने तक अब बिल्डर किसी भी व्यक्ति का फ्लैट कैंसिल नहीं कर सकता है। अब ग्रुप के अधिकारियों को लिखित में पूरे कागजों के साथ यह बताना होगा कि वे किस लिए इतने पैसे मांग रहे हैं। डीटीपी ने बिल्डर्स को जारी किए गए नोटिस को गंभीरता से लिए जाने के बारे में लिखा है। इससे पहले एसडीएम ने 27 जुलाई को बिल्डर को तलब किया है। पीयूष हाइट्स का यह मामला अब डीसी की कमेटी में भी पहुंच गया है। डीसी खुद कमेटी की अध्यक्षता कर सुनवाई करेंगे।


110 करोड़ वसूलने के लिए नोटिस
डीटीपी अमरीक सिंह के नोटिस में कहा गया है कि निवेशकों ने उनसे शिकायत की है कि बिल्डर 110 करोड़ रुपए की अनावश्यक वसूली कर रहा है। पीयूष हाइट्स के प्रोजेक्ट में करीब 1100 लोग हैं। बिल्डर सभी फ्लैटधारक से करीब 10 लाख रुपए की मांग कर रहा है। इस हिसाब से करीब 110 करोड़ रुपए बनते हैं। इनकी वसूली के लिए बिल्डर्स की तरफ से फ्लैट कैंसिल के नोटिस भेजे जा रहे हैं। पैसे न देने पर फ्लैट कैंसिल की धमकी दी जा रही है।


41 फ्लैट धारकों ने लगाया है आरोप

डीटीपी को 41 फ्लैट धारकों ने शिकायत दी है। इसलिए मामला तूल पकड़ गया है। पीयूष हाइट्स अपार्टमेंट अलॉटी सोसायटी के प्रधान तुलींद्र कटौच, सचिव सुरेश पाल सिंह, धीरेंद्र सिंह, आरसी गुप्ता, अनिल मित्तल, परमहंस, ओपी अग्रवाल के अनुसार सेक्टर-89 पीयूष हाइट्स में उनके सहित सैकड़ों लोगों ने 2006 से फ्लैट बुक कराए थे। इसके बाद बिल्डर समय-समय पर अतिरिक्त सुविधाओं के नाम पर वसूली के नोटिस भेजने लगा।


फ्लैट धारकों ने डीटीपी को दी शिकायत में कहा है कि अधिकतर निवेशक 80 से 95 फीसदी फ्लैट की कीमत अदा कर चुके हैं। अब उन पर केवल 1 से 3 लाख रुपए तक बकाया था। लेकिन बिल्डर 10 से 13 लाख रुपया बकाया बता रहा है। जब इस बारे में ग्रुप के अधिकारियों से बात की गई तो उन्होंने कोई सटीक जवाब नहीं दिया। इसी दौरान फ्लैट कैंसिल के नोटिस मिलने से लोगों में हड़कंप मच गया। इससे काफी संख्या में लोग मंगलवार को सेक्टर-12 लघु सचिवालय पहुंचे थे। इन्होंने डीसी, एसडीएम, डीटीपी व पुलिस कमिश्नर दफ्तर के बाहर प्रदर्शन किया था। साथ ही इन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को बिल्डर के खिलाफ शिकायत भी दी थी।


इस मामले में तुरंत संज्ञान लेते हुए एसडीएम ने बिल्डर व फ्लैट धारकों को 27 जुलाई को सुबह 10 बजे बुलाया है। एसडीएम ने फ्लैट धारकों से कहा कि 27 जुलाई को बिल्डर को भी बुलाया जाएगा। दोनों पक्षों का आमना सामना होगा। उसके बाद रिपोर्ट डीसी के पास जाएगी। इस रिपोर्ट के आधार पर डीसी कार्रवाई तय करेंगे।

My parents also became the Victim of Piyush Heights. We also bought the house(2BHK) in Piyush Heights but the transfer process is pending from the builder's side. Please let me know till when there are chances of getting Possession of the House. If not, than please suggest how we can get our Money back and stop the Loan EMI.

Sir Please Help Me!! We are facing lot of trouble. Please suggest any idea.
