It is because of your trust in the project that possession of units were planned and successfully executed in a phased manner. With your support, we have so far offered 1,450 apartments in 14 towers comprising of 2 BHK, 2+1 BHK, 3 BHK and 3+1 BHK category units along with both the convenient shopping centers, RPS Arcade and RPS Galleria in the project.
Respective unit holders have started taking physical possession of their units after execution of conveyance deed. We are pleased to inform that more than 1,300 unit holders have already taken possession of their units.
As assured to you being privileged allottee, possession of units in your tower will start shortly after receipt of requisite Occupation Certificate (OC) from the office of ‘The Director, Town and Country Planning’ which is expected to be received very shortly and thereafter the ‘Offer of Possession’ will be sent to you.
