I visited the RPS Savana today on 28-12-2015 for inspection of my flat in B8 .After visiting the site I found the following problems:

1.Club ,Park ,swimming pool ,Road in front of B-8 is not in very good condition.
2.Lift is still not operational.
3.Some scaffolding is still for the white wash patching etc.
I got offer of possession on 6 Dec with due date 6 Jan.
I am not understanding How builder is giving possession without all the basics amenities.
One can not live with children and Sr citizen if some work is in progress. Having the park is necessary for children playing.

Apart from the above I have paid my all dues in time but builder is not giving penalty.
they are talking about material escalation.I feel material escalation is applicable if builder has delivered the Unit in time .If someone takes 8 to 10 year for completion then on what basis they can charge for material escalation???

Friends I have got an email from rps saying they have applied for oc for my flat in ph4, is any body else here got any news regarding this?

I also got some info alluding to possession in PH-4. Could anyone from previous PH possessions enlighten on the various demands raised by RPS at the time of possession? Thanks.

I have a flat in PH 03. I am still wondering when will be possession of this block. Anyone have any news about construction status and possession expected date/month for PH 03 block?
