Lets play a guess game (RPS Savana possession)

Postby s1joshi » Thu May 28, 2009 4:39 pm

When do you expect (year/month) Savana management would be able to hand over possession

My view : If the progress continues with current pace, I think they shd be ready by July 2010,

Given the current market scenario even if there remain a certainty of getting possession by 2010.. Its gonna be a relief... and hopefully there would be atleast some level of infrastructure development visible in surrounding areas by then..

Hello Everybody,

Recently I got the opportunity to visit the site. But I am sorry to say
that the progress is not satisfactory. I request RPS to put more efforts,
so that the project is completed in the given time frame by oct,2010
as claimed by RPS Management. ;) ;)

Purely assumption, as we all know real time consuming is the finishing part like plastering, flooring, etc etc................. erectiong a structure does not take much time.

My property dealer told me that it should be complete by Mid 2010 and after that possession will start in a month or 2. As they have started 'RPS Rhythm' as well so they would like to complete Savana asap and hike prices of RPS Rhythm.
