Hi Mukesh,

The wastage area calculation was done by Indiaspaces as mentioned in the post above. I am not sure if they have inlcuded the wall breadth.

Yes indeed I have excluded the wall breadths, this is carpet area which iclude all rooms inner dimentions, bathromm, balcony and ktchen, it does not include spaces provided for wardobe.

This comparision sheet was created by me for 2+1 BHK as I was doing some analysis before investing in RPS and I have forwarded it to India Spaces to Publish in their website some times in DEc-Jan 2007.

I have gone through the calculation and note that the calculation is done based on the area inside the flat and deducted from the salabale area to work out the waste area.

We need to know what this waste area comprises of and how it is distributed among the flats.

On finding, We may surprise to note that common area which is sold to us is also sold to others. Eg. Park changed into school: The divided area of the park is charged to us in our super area which is now sold to school. Double Bite. PLC charged for park facing: Triple Bite.
