Let's find out the details of land under dispute from Sing and Associate and we can check details record with that of SAVANA ( mentioned in the last page of Builder Buyer Agreement) to know if any land under SAVANA falls under the disputed record.

Gaurav spoke with the law firm (Singh and Associates), spoke to one of the advocates who confirmed that the dispute is not related to the Savana project but they did not disclose the actual name of the project whose land is disputed.

This is very old dispute as i heard on earlier ocassion also from some broker's that Rthym's construction getting delayed due to dispute in partners so better to switch ur investments from Rthym's to palm.

So it may relate to that only....
