This is NOT right on part of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana.

Govt. has to take action if builders are not following guidelines and regulations framed. Why they just pass the responsibility to general public by publising a miniature black and white notice in newspaper which will go totally unnoticed?

Govt. imposes heavy penalty on us and even send us to jail if we don't pay taxes. We will not get our flats if we don't pay EDC charges to TCP, Haryana.

Question here is why TCP is acting like silent observer when builders are breaking laws?

Problem in India is that what Swami Agnivesh said on 30th Jan in India Against Corruption Rally:

"Prime Minister is just a silent observer in the loot that is going on in country. If he can't take action, then he is not eligible for the post and shoud quit !"

Sames goes for Director General of TCP, Haryana.

I fully agree with Dheeraj jain on his points. We are supposed to comply with all the rules and regulation but the builders are not.
What is the role of DTCP ? Silently watch us being looted ! If DTCP acts correctly, the buider can never cheat us.
Dont you think that instead of filing case against the builder we should file case against the DTCP who is the root cause of our miseries !

Hi Folks,

I have gone through the public notice from Director, Town and country planning Haryana. Very cleverly this authority also put the responsibility of verifying cumbersome/lengthy details of project on the innocent consumer who poses blind faith in controlling authorities. This is really discouraging.

But we should not lose hope of getting justice. I suggest having representation before the legal authorities with the help of some influencing political channel.

Regards
Kush
