This is quick update is week after previous update on 22/11/09- I was thinking to upload photos but site is unavailable due to 29/11/09, I do have pictures of T-7 and T-8 for 22/11/09 update. (for T-7 no change for T-8 some change is visible)

I just received a demand letter from RPS for last floor roof casting. Does any one got it.

Hello,

latest Construction update of RPS Savana has been uploaded in their website. I did not find any diffrence in status for T-7 between 29-11 and 08-12.

please correct me if I am wrong

Hi Amit,

I have reviewed these at my end as well and feel the same.

My understanding on this is as follows...

Total Floors - 17
Brick work visible till sixth floor.
Last floor where roof has been laid is 16th (where the wood pillar support has been placed)

Hope your understanding matches mine.

I am following up with RPS to get clarity.

Looks like T-7 and T-8 will be first to be completed

T-7 now up till 17th (hightest no. of floor). T-8 looks more toward completion of brickwork.

For T-7 little might be visible. I see some visible difference in other towers (bluebeech -2 and 4 now have some whitewash on some units)... Let see.

17th floor roff casting is on.

Brick work upto 7th floor completed.

Hi,

As per the lateest construction status for T-7 as on 8th Dec 2009 the 17th floor Roof slab casting is underway.

How can RPS ask for a demand leeter against completion of last floor roof casting but technically it is not complete.

I have send a mail to RPS on this issue also request you guys to raise this with RPS so that they will do this in future.
