Real Estate Agents calling RPS Savana flat owners

Hi All,

Today morning I got call from Mangalam Real estate agents for knowing about owning flats in Savana and if I am interested in selling the flat.

As i said I am not interested in selling, he did not give more details.
I am sure someone from RPS savana has sold customer contact numbers to these agents. I am sure because last week only I updated my new number to RPS savana office for all communications.

May be other members has also got calls.

It is a known fact that builders sell customer details to property dealers.

Though I have not been getting calls, I am flooded with sms'es.

If you had taken a new number and shared with RPS, you should come down heavily on RPS management. Call them and ask them how property dealers got your number a few days after you shared the number with them , tell them you'll lodge a police complaint.

Even i recognized that there are many Property Dealers (PD) who are members of our forum...bcz from the day i have joined this forum...my mailbox is flooded with proposal for new property ...and mobile flooded with calls as well as sms.
Dear Jayanta ji can we debar all those PD who are members t of our forum to avoid misuse. I saw them in the data list.

Vinita ji, I understand your concern and I am also very careful while approving members in the forum.

But even if we have property dealers in our forum, which we must restrict as much as possible, they do not have access to our members contact details unless we post them on the forum. So I always stress that members should not post their mobile numbers and email addresses publicly on the forum, because it is easy for property dealers to target those specific members.
