Dear all
It was a great event yesterday when GFWA briefed all true happenings and presented real picture of HUDA and the Builders activity to loot the common masses and fool the public as a day light robbery.Now a time has come to raise our voice vociferoulsly for which all present members agreed.For any planned activity fund is required.I was very happy to see yesterdays on the spot contribution .
Along with the funds we have to popularise our forum too which is a duty of each and every person who owe a flat in Neharpaar so that we should have maximum committed members and strong group.
So I request each and every person who is registered in this forum and honestly wants to fight against this wrong please do the following:
1) Please contribute minimum and one time GFWA membership fee of Rs 500.
2) Popularise this forum www.myfaridabad.in among all of yours friends and known who have a flat in Neharpaar.
3) Try to devote 15 minutes daily to read the forum and contribute with your experienced ideas and advice.
4) Try to post in the forum some useful information if you encounter .
5) Try to use your acquaintance to help the people in the forum either legally or with any other initiative
6) Please attend the GFWA meeting which is always organised on SUNDAY once in a month or once in a two month depending on the urgency.
7) Please 100% be present on the day of protest along with your family to increase the number if it is planned.
8) Unity is never defeated it always win and this is the request from all.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन (जीएफडब्ल्यूए) की आम बैठक में पीड़ितों ने बिल्डिरों व प्रशासन के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलने की घोषणा की। एसोसिएशन की बैठक रविवार को टाउन पार्क में आयोजित की गई, जिसमें जिले के अलावा दिल्ली, नोएडा, गुड़गांव व गाजियाबाद के निवेशकों ने भी भाग लिया।

बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि यदि सरकार ने बिल्डिरों के खिलाफ कड़ा कदम नहीं उठाया, तो वे सरकार का भी विरोध करेंगे। सरकार के पास बिल्डिरों के खिलाफ करीब 1000 से भी अधिक शिकायतें लंबित पड़ी हैं, लेकिन सरकार उनके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कर रही है। एसोसिएशन के प्रधान जयंत बरुआ व पदाधिकारी अजय यादव ने बताया कि नगर योजनाकार विभाग द्वारा ईडीसी शुल्क बढ़ाए जाने के विरोध में एसोसिएशन अदालत की शरण लेने पर विचार कर रही है। अभी तक विभाग ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में एक पैसे का काम नहीं कराया है, जबकि उनसे वर्ष 2006-07 में ईडीसी शुल्क जमा करा दिया गया था। बैठक के बाद एसोसिएशन के सदस्य इस मुद्दे पर जिला उपायुक्त डा. प्रवीण कुमार के निवास पर मिलने पहुंचे, लेकिन उपायुक्त ट्रेनिंग पर गए हुए है। लिहाजा उनके मुलाकात नहीं हो सकी।

बिल्डर्स के खिलाफ निवेशकों का हंगामा

पांच साल पहले नहरपार ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में आशियाने की बाट जोह रहे निवेशकों ने रविवार को टाउन पार्क में बिल्डर्स के खिलाफ नारेबाजी कर हंगामा किया। इसके बाद वे डीसी निवास पर पहुंचे। डीसी ने उनको न्याय का आश्वासन दिया। निवेशकों का कहना है कि बिल्डर्स के खिलाफ डीसी व डीटीपी के पास कई शिकायतें पहुंच चुकी हैं, लेकिन इसके बावजूद अभी तक उसके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा सकी है। उनकी तरफ से सभी प्रकार के सबूत दिए जा चुके हैं। यहां तक कि डीसी व टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग के अधिकारियों के सामने निवेशक बिल्डर्स की खामियां उजागर कर चुके हैं, लेकिन अभी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है। निवेशकों ने टाउन पार्क में बिल्डर्स के खिलाफ आगे की रणनीति बनाई।

नहरपार ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के प्रधान जयंत बरुआ, अजय यादव, धीरज जैन, सीमा जोशी, विनीत मिसरा, मनीष गुप्ता और आशीष कॉल का कहना है कि नहरपार हजारों एकड़ में विकसित हो रहे गे्रटर फरीदाबाद में घर की तलाश में एनसीआर के लोगों ने पांच साल पहले निवेश करना शुरू किया था। नहरपार सेक्टर-७५ से लेकर ८९ तक १५ सेक्टर विकसित किए जा रहे हैं। इनमें लगभग ५० हजार फ्लैट, फ्लोर, विलास व प्लॉट हैं। फ्लैट लेने वालों की संख्या भी यहां हजारों में है। फ्लैट लेते समय यहां बिल्डर्स ने उनको एग्रीमेंट देकर मूलभूत सुविधाएं देने का वादा किया था, लेकिन पांच वर्ष गुजर जाने के बाद भी यहां कोई डेवलपमेंट नहीं हुई है।

कब्जा भी नहीं दिया : अधिकतर लोगों को अभी तक फ्लैट का कब्जा नहीं दिया गया है, जबकि लोग अपना लाखों रुपया यहां फंसा चुके हैं। एग्रीमेंट के हिसाब को अलग कर अधिक रुपए मांगे जा रहे हैं। बिल्डर्स ने अपना एग्रीमेंट अलग कर लिया है। इस बारे में जब बिल्डर्स से बात की जाती है तो वे सीधे मुंह बात नहीं करते। अपना रुपए मांगने पर निवेशकों को जान से मार देने की धमकियां दी जा रही हैं। परेशान लोग कभी बिल्डर्स तो कभी हुडा कार्यालय के चक्कर लगा रहे हैं। कई बार आरटीआई डाली गई, लेकिन हुडा ने उनको जवाब भी सही नहीं दिया। निवेशकों ने चेतावनी दी है कि यह प्रदर्शन आगे भी जारी रहेगा।
