Contribution to GFWA Fund (Call to Uppal Jade Members)

Hello Uppal Jade Members,

You must be aware of the increased EDC from Govt. side in Faridabad area.

Without development in Gr. Faridabad Area, Govt. increased the EDC and expected rise would be somewhere Rs 100/- per sqft for individual home buyers.

Hereby I’m requesting all Uppal Jade Members to pls contribute Minimum Rs 500/- to GFWA account.

This money we are utilizing for the Filing the Legal case against the increased EDC and against the HUDA administration for neglecting this area.

All Ground work is completed and hopefully case would be filled by 10th Of July'11, if we got sufficient funds.

Moreover, we are under discussion with many lawyers in Delhi and Chandigarh for our case.

As u know any good lawyer is asking min. Rs 1.5Lacs for taking this case and we are short of funds.

So, your small contribution will make difference to us to fight case against all culprit Govt officials.
