I want to state some facts regarding Greater Faridabad/Neharpar :
1. Land in which our residential units are coming was NOT acquired by State Govt. Land was BOUGHT directly by builders from farmers in 2005-06. So, there is ZERO impact on land in which our housing projects are coming. Govt. did not act as broker or
dalaal.
2. Land which HUDA has acquired or will acquire in Sectors 75 to 89 (Greater Faridabad) is for infrastructure development i.e. Roads, Water, Sewerage, Storm Water etc. This land acquisition is for pure public interest. It will benefit farmers, residents and everyone. This will lead to overall development of Faridabad.
3. Land rates (Rs 75 lakhs per acre) that have been given to farmers in Greater Faridabad are much much higher than those given in Greater NOIDA. It is at 3-4 times higher.
Considering these facts, I request all to not get panicky about Supreme Court Verdict. Also, to strongly oppose Neharpar farmers greed. I request builders also who are tracking our forum posts to support us in writ petition against State Govt. for fast tracking development of Greater Faridabad.
