Dear All

Our legal team has been putting tremendous efforts in getting the writ filed, Yes this is taking some time, however we want our petition to be very full proof, and considering that we are challenging the decision of state government, which is powerful body, It is taking a lot of time, effort and paper work on part of our legal team.

The team visited lawyer in Chandigarh again today, The petition is almost ready, there is some more paper work that has been requested, and the team is working toward these, we are quite hopeful of something concrete coming soon, Will keep you posted.

Let us ask the Gov what the money is needed for.

GFWA has finalized legal writ petition against DTCP and HUDA for getting a stay on increase in EDC charges. Writ petition will get filed on Monday in Haryana High Court. We have engaged senior conusel of Haryana High Court and have also engaged senior advocate having very good experience. Legal expense in terms of fees of lawyers that we are doing for initial hearing is around 1.5 lakhs.

We are expecting case to be listed for hearing on Wednesday next week.
